When will my order ship?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free UK standard delivery on all orders over £50.

What are your UK delivery options?

  • Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48®): £4.99 for orders under £50

  • Free Standard Delivery: for orders £50 and above

  • Express Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24®): £6.99

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. For now, we are focusing on the UK. International shipping will be added in the near future.

How long will delivery take?

  • UK Standard: 2–3 working days

  • UK Express: 1–2 working days

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
You may return items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

How do I return an item?

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, customers cover return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of receiving your return.

How should I care for my socks?
Wash inside out on a gentle cycle at 30°. Air dry flat. Avoid tumble drying to protect the natural fibres.
